Posture and Movement Analysis
An effective Pilates training starts with a Posture and Movement Analysis, which will help us identify your specific needs. Every person’s posture, strength and weaknesses are different and therefore it is essential to have a proper assessment. It will also help you to understand the basic principles of Pilates. In addition, injuries, special pre-cautions and rehabilitation are discussed. This assessment takes approximately 60 minutes. After the analysis, you can decide whether a class or personal training sessions would best suit your training needs.

The Reformer is a unique and versatile apparatus and was invented by Joseph Pilates himself. Different springs give either more strength or add stability. Because of its horizontal and higher position, this equipment is perfect for the patient in rehabilitation or for the elderly. I use the reformer exclusively in the personal training sessions.
Other equipment which will be used are:
- Foam Roller
- Wobble Disc
Your personal training session is one-to-one training for one hour. The programme will be tailored to your specific needs. Regardless of whether you want to lose weight, gain strength or increase your flexibility, your exercise routine can be tailored to address your problem area. Many clients, for example, choose to start their pilates training with 5-10 one-on-one sessions. This helps understand all the Pilates principles (neutral pelvis, lateral breathing, transverse abdominal connection etc.) and therefore maximises the results from the Pilates workout. I also create a motivating and fun environment to encourage you along your way to enhanced fitness and health.
