Birgit knows each of us personally, notices if we are ill or down, gives us help and guidance on our health, as well as making sure that we do all the exercises correctly. This last point is very important. You can do more harm than good by incorrect exercising, which can happen really easily at a large gym. It can never happen with Birgit.
